The worst sort of pain

The most excruciating pain of all emotions has to be the total feeling of emptiness and loneliness in life. When all you once valued and loved has left you and you're left with nothing more then you're own misery to eat you up from inside, slowly killing you. Before you know it, all other emotions and thoughts are gone and you will become a dead soul walking this earth.
